Britney Spears, 24, filed a petition for divorce from hubby Kevin Federline, 28, today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing “irreconcilable differences,” according to TMZ.com.
In the petition Britney asks for legal and physical custody of their two children, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 2 months.
Despite a prenuptial agreement, Britney is waiving her right to spousal support and asking that each party pay their their own legal fees.

Just last night Britney stopped by the Late Show with David Letterman for a surprise visit without her wedding ring while Kevin performed in Toronto wearing his!

That was kinda low Britt.He didn't know she wanted a divorce...I like her but that was mean.They grew apart and they are still young and I guess it wasn't meant to be,but Justins found love and I wonder what it would be like if he and brittney stayed together..They would have a kid and be married too.
