Q: I have small eyes. How can I make them look bigger?
A: Try wearing white eyeliner on the inside lower rim of the eyes like Carmen Electra does. “It extends the white part of the eyes by 2 millimeters so they appear more open,” says Clarins Celeb makeup artist, Nick Barose.
