Madonna's efforts to help impoverished Malawi (she visited villages in her adopted son David's homeland today) is getting a boost from other stars. Mena Suvari, Camilla Belle and other celebs will gather tonight at the Max Azria boutique in LA to celebrate the launch of H.E.L.P. Malawi — the acronym stands for hope, education, love and protection for the nation’s kids.
In support of the foundation, jewelry designer Lori Leavitt has created the Panthera Collection, consisting of handmade bracelets, rings and cuff links emblazoned with lions. From now through April 22, 100 percent of the jewelry sales and 15 percent of Max Azria sales will benefit H.E.L.P. Malawi.
To join the effort, you can purchase jewelry from Lori Leavitt's Panthera Collection at LoriLeavitt.com, find Max Azria store locations by clicking here, or donate directly to H.E.L.P. Malawi.
