Michigan-based plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn says, “It’s unusual to be able to completely conceal a mole that size with makeup.”

Meanwhile, Madonna’s brother, Christopher Ciccone, spilled the beans on Good Morning America when he offhandedly announced that the singer has indeed had a face-lift. New York facial plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Jacono says it looks like Madge may have combined a minimal-incision mini face-lift with a procedure to tighten the skin beneath her eyes.
