Students at P.S. 142 in the Bronx, N.Y., got a surprise visitor on Oct. 1. Britney Spears, who was in town promoting her new hit single, "Womanizer," stopped by to say hello to a group of 30 kids!

Of course, Britney didn't schlep all the way to the Bronx alone. She was with a small film crew, including a cameraman, director and sound person. It's all part of Britney's plan to document her life -- and her comeback -- on the small screen.

"She's working on something with MTV," says an insider close to the 26-year-old singer. "They've been in talks to do some kind of reality show or documentary."
