For as long as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been together, they've insisted they didn't get romantic until long after Brad had split up with Jennifer Aniston in January 2005 -- end of story. Asked in May 2005 if she and Brad were more than friends, Angie responded with a firm "absolutely not," telling Marie Claire she could never "be intimate with a married man."
The next month, Angie stood by her statement when Today's Ann Curry asked about rumors that Angie and Brad had actually become involved while shooting Mr. & Mrs. Smith in 2004, months before Brad and Jen separated. "I wouldn't be attracted to a man who would cheat on his wife," Angie said then.
But in an Oct. 19 interview with The New York Times, Angie, 33, finally admitted the truth. She looks forward, she says, to showing Mr. & Mrs. Smith to her kids someday -- because "not a lot of people get to see a movie where their parents fell in love."
