Sarah Palin's Oct. 18 guest appearance on Saturday Night Live garnered the show's highest ratings in 14 years, but not everyone was thrilled with the Alaska governor's appearance. "Tina Fey opposed the guest appearance and said it completely takes the teeth out of the satire by letting the real-life Sarah in on the joke," says an insider. Although Tina's rep denies there was any tension between the two women backstage, the insider insists, "Tina was not a happy camper."
