But now, less than two years later, Jen may be secretly ready to go back under the knife, an insider close to the star says, and this time the reason would be purely cosmetic.
Though Jen's rep denies she wants surgery, the insider claims: "Jen says she's still not happy with her nose; she's worried that it's only getting bigger as she gets older."
