Britney Spears' first husband, Jason Alexander, will probably spend more time behind bars than he did married to the pop tart.

Jason, 27, a childhood friend of Brit's whom she married in Las Vegas in 2004 — followed 55 hours later by an annulment — has started serving a 10-day sentence for failing to complete a court-ordered alcohol rehab program for a 2006 DUI arrest. Part of the rehab, according to news sources, required Jason to visit a local morgue; after he blew off two appointments, a Los Angeles County Court judge refused to give him a third chance.
