Kelly Osbourne has checked herself into rehab, her London publicist announced today. It's the second time around for Kelly, 24, who did a stint in Malibu's Promises rehab facility in 2005. Then, it was for an addiction to painkillers. This time, according to the publicist, Kelly is addressing "personal issues."
