Look who's in trouble! Kelly Osbourne!

It started outside London nightclub Punk in August when gossip writer Zoe Griffin suggested that Kelly's fiancé, Luke Worrell, isn't too bright because he doesn't know what an earthquake is. Kelly didn't take kindly to that and allegedly slapped Zoe.

The upshot: Kelly had to show up at a central London police station on Jan. 2 to answer a charge of "common assault." She was quickly released on bail but has a court date in March.
