Fans of Sex and the City are dying to know if Carrie will get pregnant in the sequel, but the only baby news Sarah Jessica Parker had to share on April 28 was her own: She and husband Matthew Broderick are expecting twin girls this summer -- via a surrogate mom. "I saw them the night before at the premiere of his new movie, Wonderful World, and she was glowing," says an onlooker. "They were affectionate and looked so happy."
Which isn't surprising. Shortly after the birth of their son, James Wilkie, in 2002, Sarah, 44, and Matthew, 47, said they wanted another child as soon as possible. But the road hasn't been easy, and it appears a surrogate was their only option in the end.
