Sheryl Abrams, Angie Everhart's manager, confirms exclusively to Life & Style that Angie's son, Kayden Bobby Everhart was born at 11:28 PM on Friday, July 24. Kayden weighed 8 pounds, 4.9 ounces and was 21 inches long.

"Both mom and baby are doing very well," Sheryl tells Life & Style. "Kayden is so handsome."

This is the first child for the actress-model and she plans to raise him as a single parent.
