Gorgeous shoes don't need to kill your feet! Here are two styles that are both fun and comfy.
Cone heels
"Cone heels are a perfect hybrid of sophistication and comfort," Brooke Scott, accessories director of Bloomingdale's, tells Life & Style. "They're sexier than stacked styles because they taper off at the bottom, yet the width at the heel offers more support."
The front of Diane Kruger's sandals (above left) mirrors the safari side vibe of the actress' shorts, but the metallic cone heals add a cool downtown edge.
T-straps
"There are two rules of thumb with T-straps," says Scott. "If the heel is very skinny, look for a platform: It'll take pressure off the balls of the feet. Also, try to choose a breathable material like supple leather or suede -- something that will mold to the foot."
