Looks like hunky New York City hotelier André Balazs has moved on to another long-legged beauty: The Real Housewives of NYC's Kelly Killoren Bensimon.

An eyewitness tells Life & Style that the two were seen getting close on July 17 at the opening of lounge hot spot Wall at W South Beach. André and Kelly were holding hands while dancing, laughing and sharing drinks at a VIP table with eyes only for each other.

The following night the two were seen cuddling at André's hotel, The Raleigh, and were spotted leaving the pool area together holding hands late in the evening.

André was overheard remarking how worried he was when he saw Kelly appearing flirty with actor Gilles Marini -- he even asked about them twice. He had no reason for concern as André later learned that Kelly was just interviewing Gilles for Plum TV.

The hotelier dated actress Uma Thurman on and off from 2003 to 2007.
