In her continuing effort to help those in need, Angelina Jolie made a humanitarian mission to a Somalian refugee camp on Sept. 12. But startling pictures of the actress' bone-thin body have left some people wondering if Angelina needs some help herself.

"Eat!" celebrity blogger Perez Hilton ordered her as scary-skinny comments spread like wildfire on the Internet. Angie's weight also came under attack on Web sites such as Popsugar.com and JustJared.com, with message board comments ranging from, "She is awesome, but man, she's skinnier than the refugees," to "Please stay home (wherever that is) and raise your kids and eat something."
