For years, Jennifer Aniston has spoken openly of her longing to be a mom. When reports emerged that the reason for her divorce from Brad Pitt was that she wasn't ready to start a family, she angrily insisted it wasn't true. And after playing a mother in 2008's Marley & Me, she said she couldn't wait for the real thing. "I feel like that's in my future and I'm on the verge of it in some way," she said.

But now she's gone further than ever before. On Access Hollywood on Sept. 15, Billy Bush brought up Jen's next movie, 2010's The Baster, in which the star plays a woman who opts for artificial insemination to have a baby. Asked whether that's in the cards for her, Jen didn't hold back: "I'm ready for anything -- bring it on!" she responded.
