Just six short weeks before New Moon's Nov. 20 premiere, Taylor Lautner proved he's more than qualified to take on the role of the Twilight franchise's leading man during a sultry photo shoot on Oct. 8 in LA. "I'm excited for the film to come out," Taylor, who flexes over 30 pounds of added muscle as Jacob Black in the sequel, tells Life & Style. "And to see the fans' reactions."
If it's any indication, Taylor's co-stars are resoundingly impressed by the bulked-up
17-year-old's performance. "He rides the motorcycle in the films -- I always thought it was a stunt double," Christian Serratos, who plays high school student Angela Weber, tells Life & Style. "He got on the motorcycle and did a lap around the parking lot, and I was like, 'Damn, Taylor.' He looked sexy!"
