"A great grandpa cardigan in a neutral color like grey can be worn a million ways," says Zoey Washington of Little Bird Style. "Wear it with jeans and a tee for day and add a brooch at night. Or cinch your sweater with a studded belt - it will add instant edge." Also, don't forget to invest in a depiller, Washington adds. It will help knits last longer and costs only $10.





"I live for textured and opaque tights in deep, rich colors like pumpkin, plum, raspberry and mango," says Lloyd Boston, host of FLN's Closet Cases. "Tone them down with a basic frock and boots - ankle, knee-high or even thigh-high."
