So to help you look your best in this year's family photos, Life & Style turned to Stacy Berman, personal trainer, nutrition specialist and founder of Stacy's Boot Camp in NYC, for a quick and easy plan for dropping 7 pounds in just one week.

Berman, who counts Real Housewives of New York City's Ramona Singer as a fan of her boot camp, suggests daily circuit training sessions and a 1,000-to-1,200-calorie diet that incorporates tons of lean protein and veggies and at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water. While nixing dairy, alcohol, starches and fruits (except grapefruit) may sound like a serious challenge, you can do it -- just take it one day at a time.
