In the wee hours of the morning on Dec. 11 at Indianapolis' Clarian North Medical Center, Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett welcomed 9-pound, 5-ounce Hank IV into the world. And Kendra's mother Patti Wilkinson, who flew to Indiana to meet Hank IV, couldn't be happier to be a grandmother! "It's just amazing!" Patti told Life & Style. Shortly after Kendra gave birth, Patti said of her daughter, son-in-law and new grandson, "They're all doing great. It's a very exciting time."
The former Girls Next Door star gave birth to Hank IV via Caesarean section in one of the hospital's luxury birthing facilities. "It's really lovely up there," new mom Casey Lawton told Life & Style of Clarian's renowned birthing units. There, Kendra and Hank witnessed their baby's first bath and enjoyed the company of family and friends.
It looks like Hank will be the first onboard for diaper duty but it's no sweat off of the Colts wide receiver's back. An eyewitness tells Life & Style when asked by mother-in-law Patti if he had changed a diaper yet, Hank responded, "Yeah, I changed a few. It's not that bad."
