Reality star Heidi Montag made headlines today when she unveiled her new post-surgery body. Her head-to-toe work included breast and buttocks augmentations, liposuction, lip injections, Botox and more, but it looks like Heidi forgot to share the news with one person: her dad!

"I talked to her yesterday, but she didn't mention anything about this," Bill Montag tells Life & Style.

The starlet underwent a total of 10 plastic surgery procedures in just one day! "Maybe it's a surprise to me," Bill says. "I have no idea until I talk to her. We talk about everything, that's for sure. She is my little girl. I will talk to her about it and find out what's going on. You piqued my curiosity!"

This isn't the first time Heidi has kept her dad in the dark about her personal life. She forgot to mention she was eloping to Mexico with now-husband Spencer Pratt in November 2008.
