Around 6 p.m. on Feb.10, just hours before being rushed to NYC's Lennox Hill Hospital from his apartment, 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin was spotted at the Equinox gym at 92nd Street and Broadway.

"I've seen him there a few times before," an eyewitness tells Life & Style. "I think he lives in the area. He was on the third floor in the cardio area, where the elliptical machines and treadmills are."

"He looked like he was either in the middle of his workout or just finishing up because he was all sweaty and had a towel around his neck," the eyewitness says. "He looked slightly winded but didn't look ill or weakened."

Alec's daughter, Ireland, called 911 and said her father was unresponsive. Alec's trip to the hospital, according to his rep, was a "misunderstanding on one person's part." He is "completely fine and at work today."
