Life & Style can report exclusively that Grey's Anatomy actress Leven Rambin is telling friends that she's engaged to boyfriend Geoff Clark.

"Leven was super happy to tell her friends of her recent engagement," an eyewitness tells Life & Style of the actress, who was hanging with her friends at the SLS Hotel in LA on Jan. 30. "She was saying she was so excited and that she JUST got engaged."
