It costs Rihanna $2,300 a day to stay fit!

Can you believe Rihanna spends $1,500 a day on her trainer and $800 a day for a private chef? Whether she's rocking a catsuit onstage or walking the red carpet in a designer gown, Rihanna is admired almost as much for her killer bod as for her killer vocals. No wonder the "Rude Boy" singer goes to great lengths to stay toned and trim.

The singer follows a super-spicy diet to aid in her weight control. She even has a private cook -- LA's Chef Ameera -- to whip up fiery recipes from Rihanna's native Barbados. "She loves chicken curry and Bajan chicken soup," Ameera tells Life & Style. "Island food has lots of peppers in it, so it's very, very spicy. It speeds up your metabolism after you eat and fills you up faster. That helps!"

Ameera also serves Rihanna a tongue-torching Bajan seasoning that's made with onions, garlic and 20 habanero peppers. "It's almost like a blended salsa," she says. "It's very spicy."

Chef Ameera's recipe for curry chicken:

In a large skillet on medium heat, sauté 1 chopped medium yellow onion in 2 tbsp. olive oil for about 2 minutes. Add 3 cloves chopped garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Add 3 boneless chicken breasts (cubed), and sauté until cooked through, then mix in 1 large white potato (cubed), ½ tbsp. roasted curry powder and enough chicken broth (about 2 14-oz. cans) to cover the mixture. Reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender and broth has reduced. Add 1½ tbsp. curry powder, and salt, pepper and Bajan seasoning* to taste. Remove from heat and add 2 tbsp. coconut milk. Serves 4.

Recipe for Bajan Seasoning

1 bunch green onions
8-10 Scotch Bonnet or Habanero Peppers
1 medium onion
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 celery stalk
4 garlic cloves
1 bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped
3 sprigs fresh thyme, stemmed
3 sprigs fresh marjoram, stemmed
Juice of 4 limes
½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt & Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process in blender until smooth and refrigerate.
