When Kate Middleton finally walks down the aisle with Prince William, even her wildest imaginings will be surpassed! Life & Style has learned that the estimated value of Prince William's inheritance is more than $24 billion.
"William will inherit the crown jewels, property and the royal art collection," British journalist Katie Nicholl, author of the royal biography William and Harry, tells Life & Style. "Once Kate and William marry, the queen will give them a palace, and Kate will get a new Audi, the car manufacturer of choice for the royal family, and her own driver."
Kate will be draped in expensive jewelry--including the crown jewels and the queen's private collection, one of the largest in the world and worth roughly $57 million--and dressed by top designers. "Labels will be clamoring to dress her," Nicholl explains to Life & Style.
And William will become the head of the Royal Collection Trust, which includes more than 7,000 paintings, sculptures and antiques. He's also heir to Queen Elizabeth's private collection, which includes masterpieces by Leonardo da Vinci. Total value: an estimated $15 billion. The couple will have access to several historic British residences like Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and Kensington Palace, where his parents once lived in addition to the 310 properties passed down from the queen.
