Vienna Girardi, who has been accused of cheating on her recent ex fiancé The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka is secretly in contact with her ex-boyfriend Life & Style has learned.

"I know she has still been texting Lee," a friend close to Vienna tells Life & Style.

Lee Smith is Vienna's ex-boyfriend from before she appeared on The Bachelor. Vienna reportedly still cared for him while competing on the show and he was waiting to get back with her after The Bachelor season had wrapped.

However Vienna's family is convinced that Vienna is the innocent one in this messy split with Jake. "Vienna took an innocent picture at some function and that is the only thing Jake has," Vienna's step-mom Lisa Girardi tells Life & Style of the accusations.

"[Jake] only wants fame and he is playing the poor me part! Vienna did not do anything wrong except fall in love with a wannabe celebrity. He plays the part very well."
