Meet Cory and Topanga's daughter, Riley Matthews!

Disney has found the newest star of the Boy Meets World sequel, Girl Meets World—and it's 11-year-old actress Rowan Blanchard.

According to EW, the adorable tween has been cast to play Cory (Ben Savage) and Topanga's (Danielle Fishel) little girl.

“As soon as Rowan walked into the room, I was reminded of why Ben Savage was loved as Cory Matthews,” producer Michael Jacobs told EW. “Rowan is real and accessible and I am hopeful this girl is about to meet a world that will love growing up with her as well.”

And for an 11-year-old, she has quite an impressive resumé. She's worked alongside Jennifer Lopez in The Back-Up Plan and appeared in Spy Kids: All the Time in the World.

"IT'S OFFICIAL! I WILL BE PLAYING RILEY MATTHEWS IN GIRL MEETS WORLD!! AHHH SO EXCITED! #BLESSED," she tweeted.

So when can we expect her to make her big debut? The pilot is set to go into production next month, and if Disney likes the new show, it will likely debut during the 2013-2014 season.

After news of the sequel first came to light, it was rumored Ben and Danielle would reprise their roles as the lovable sweethearts — and in late November, the newly engaged actress confirmed the happy news.
