Demi Moore wants Ashton Kutcher to pay up.
Nearly three months after Ashton filed for divorce from the actress, she responded on Thursday, March 7 in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The 50-year-old cites “irreconcilable differences” and is seeking spousal support as well as attorney fees.
So what does it all mean? The divorce could be headed for the courtroom, where Demi and Ashton will be forced to hash out the financial terms over their six-year marriage.

And the Two and a Half Men star has a lot at stake: according to Forbes, the 35-year-old racked in $24 million alone last year.
On November 17, 2011, Demi issued a statement that she intended to end her marriage to Ashton. After over one year of separation, the actor filed for divorce in December 2012.
Since their split, Ashton has been dating his former That 70’s Show co-star, Mila Kunis.
