Former Playboy pinup Holly Madison has never been shy about baring her body for the camera.
Just six weeks after giving birth to baby girl Rainbow Aurora, at her April 18 Life & Style poolside photo shoot, Holly exclusively reveals how she shed 30 pounds from her 5-foot-4 frame after peaking at 150 pounds during her pregnancy.
Holly, 33, credits her svelte size 2 bounce-back in part to a hyper-healthy pregnancy. “Not that I didn’t have cheat days or stop for Taco Bell driving home from the doctor,” she admits to Life & Style of her pregnancy diet. “But I started paying attention to my eating habits because my baby’s health was now dependent on it.”

And because doctors recommend waiting six weeks to exercise after giving birth, Holly has mainly relied on a 1,000- to 1,100-calorie diet for her slimdown. She receives meal deliveries from eDiets, a chef-prepared, portion-controlled organic plan that’s shipped straight to her door. Holly has even added a daily green smoothie to her diet.
“I hope to lose the rest of the weight in another month,” she tells Life & Style, of her “ideal weight [of] 110 pounds.”

While working toward her body goals, Holly isn’t feeling any pressure from fiancé Pasquale Rotella, 38. They’re marrying in August and Holly hopes to have “at least three” kids with him.
“He doesn’t care if I lose the weight," Holly gushes. "It was just a goal I set for myself.”
