Kendra Wilkinson talks about Kate Gosselin and her 'Celebrity Wife Swap' experience.

Kate Gosselin may have criticized Kendra Wilkinson’s parenting on Celebrity Wife Swap, but Kendra has no harsh words for the mother of eight.
“First I just want to say that after spending a week with 8 kids, I respect Kate, not only as a mom but as a person,” she wrote on her blog today, March 7. “I think we both learned a lot from each other by doing the show.”
On the Feb. 26 series premiere, the two reality stars swapped lives for a week. While Kate likened her time in Kendra’s household to a vacation, the former Playboy centerfold was dealt quite a handful.
The married 27-year-old is mom to one child, Hank Jr., versus Kate, who’s mom to eight kids.
“Imagine my surprise when I arrived at your house and discovered you have one child,” the 37-year-old told Kendra at the show’s end. “It was a very unique experience to sort of do nothing. You let everybody else do everything because you don’t care. Between [Hank Baskett – Kendra’s husband] and Rosa [the nanny], they do everything, so essentially it enables you to do nothing.”
The brutal honesty caused the Kendra on Top star to break down in tears.
“When my son was born I didn’t leave his side. If you read my book, you know I didn’t even want the nanny around, and I wanted to do everything myself,” she continues in her post. “Since Lil Hank’s gotten older, I have been working on trying to find that perfect balance, where I can still go out and have fun with my girls sometimes, and also be the best mom I can be to my son.”
And it’s because of Kate that Kendra has started to put parenting into perspective.
“Kate helped me see that I can have that balance, and she even gave me some tips (I mean, she has 8 kids so she has some tips LOL),” she adds. “I think I showed Kate that she can loosen up a little and let her kids have some fun, and not always have everything so planned.”
“At first it came off like we were total opposites, but we learned that we actually did have stuff in comment. We still talk today!”
As for parenting eight kids, Kendra would be up for it again.
“I wouldn’t have wanted to swap lives with anyone else but Kate,” the blonde bombshell shares. “Maybe we can swap again soon! If Kate wants to swap now, she can go diving for me everyday LOL!”
