Fergie's one of the fittest ladies in Hollywood, but even the singer sets aside fitness sometimes.
"I'm one of those girls who's not psychotic about what I eat," she told Life & Style during a shoot for Voli Light vodka, of which she is a co-owner. "I'll watch what I eat, but I'll let myself cheat once in a while, too."
The pop star says there is one key to staying in shape: Balance.
"A little bit of play and a little bit of work, but always make sure you get your workout in," she admits to Life & Style. "It's about being healthy but still having fun."
To show off her svelte figure, Fergie worked with friends Fatima Robinson, the creative director on her tour, and Marco Marco, her costume designer, on the exclusive shoot for the liquor campaign. "I wanted it to be real and authentic because this is something authentic to my lifestyle," she added.
Fergie reveals her big 2012 plans have nothing to do with fitness and everything to do with the house she shares with her husband of three years, Josh Duhamel.
"I want to finish decorating my home head to toe and finish my closet," she tells Life & Style. "It's a long, long process putting the female touch on the house!"
