First, American Idol host Ryan Seacrest explained the "intense" and "dramatic" situation that occurred between fellow judges Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey — and now Mariah's hubby, Nick Cannon, is coming to her defense!
Referring to a video posted by TMZ showing Nicki verbally attacking Mariah, Nick told Access Hollywood on Oct.3, “My wife is the strongest and classiest woman that I’ve ever met — if you watch the video, she just maintains her composure."
