Talk about a diva showdown!

A new video obtained by TMZ shows Nicki Minaj causing quite a ruckus during the American Idol auditions in Charlotte, N.C., on Oct. 2, when she swore at fellow judge Mariah Carey.

Nicki is heard telling Mariah she's "not putting up with her" after the pair apparently disagreed over a contestant's performance.

Though it wasn't caught on tape, Nicki also allegedly threatened Mariah, saying, "I'm gonna knock you out."

Fellow judge Keith Urban was caught in the middle of the fight with veteran judge Randy Jackson sitting on the far end, next to Mariah.

Reports also claim producers ended the auditions so the two judges could calm down.

A few hours after the video made its rounds, Mariah broke her silence by tweeting "whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy" presumably in regards to the situation. She has since deleted the tweet.

Earlier this summer, the “Triumphant” singer signed on to judge the Fox series for a reported $18 million. In September, the network announced Nicki and Keith were joining Mariah and Randy on the panel.

In the first official interview for the show, Mariah claimed she and Nicki — as well as the rest of the judges — were on good terms.

"It's been two days," she told Life & Style during an Idol press conference call. "A feud takes a little longer than two days!"

"[We're] getting along wonderfully, darling," Nicki said in agreement.

Well, it's been nearly two weeks since they started judging together — we guess that's long enough for a feud to begin!
