Kate Middleton has ruffled a few feathers in her decisions to break royal tradition — staying with her parents after the child is born and not hiring a fleet of nannies — but not all traditions will be abandoned.
The royal baby will likely follow in tradition and take his or her first summer holiday at Balmoral Castle, the royal home in Scotland.

"Both William and Harry stayed at Balmoral in the August following their births," late Princess Diana's former butler, Paul Burrell, shares with Life & Style. "As custom dictates, they stayed in the royal nursery on the first floor, which has been used for every generation since Queen Victoria."

Just being there will bring up bittersweet emotions for William about his mother, so he and Kate plan on honoring her in a very special way: Marie Sutton, a friend of William's late mother, says the baby's name will definitely include Diana in some way.
