He had a way with the ladies even when he was 12 — and it’s on video.
In celebration of the 40th anniversary of "Canada AM," the morning news show dug up old footage of some of their country's most famous people, including Drake, Alanis Morisette, Avril Lavigne... and the one, the only Ryan Gosling.
After 12-year-old Ryan beat out 15,000 other young actors to land a spot on Disney's The Mickey Mouse Club, which placed him alongside the likes of Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears, the future heartbreaker spoke about his excitement when he learned he landed the role.
"I hit the roof," Ryan said. "It was so fun. My mother and I, we were just like jumping around ... It was amazing."
When asked who he'd like to meet during his time on the show, he says, "Michael Jordan and Michael Jackson, that'd be cool!"
Little did he know, nearly 20 years later, he'd be the guy that millions of fans would want to encounter!
