Gisele Bündchen has a mini me!
The supermodel, 32, and her hubby Tom Brady, 35, welcomed a baby girl named Vivian Lake on Dec. 5.
“We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel,” Gisele announced on her Facebook page and shared the adorable below photo.
“She is healthy and full of life. Thank you all for your support and well wishes. We wish you and your families many blessings.”

It's the first girl for the pair. Vivienne joins big brothers Benjamin Rein, who turns 3 on Saturday, and John, 5, Tom's son with ex Bridget Moynahan.
Though the couple never officially announced they were expecting, Gisele couldn’t hide her secret when she was spotted flaunting her big baby bump in a leopard bikini in November.
As Life & Style reported in September, the beauty wanted to have a daughter.

“She’s hoping it’s a girl — she loves little girls,” a friend of Gisele’s told us in September, “but she wants to be surprised like when she had her first baby, Ben.”
And it seems likely the superstar couple, who wed in February 2009, will continue to add on to their brood.
“I want to have a big family,” she says. “My parents have been together for 36 years, and that is what I want. I’ve been challenged a lot by it, but it’s the most rewarding part. I love kids.”
“I want to have four kids and I want to be a really good dad, too,” the New England Patriots quarterback shares.
