Just because Simon Cowell gave Demi Lovato her dream job as a judge on The X Factor doesn't mean she'd ever consider dating him — even if he was younger!
During her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Oct. 9, the host asked if she'd consider being in a relationship with her boss and co-judge, 53, if he was 25 years old, to which Demi responded, "No! No!"
And when Jimmy asked her why, the 20-year-old songstress jokingly said, "Because he parts his hair down the middle!"
But Demi, who's constantly butting heads with Simon on the show, does praise her boss' intelligence.
"He knows what he's doing," she says. "He's really smart, and I hate him."
So what's one of the coolest parts about her new gig?
"It's pretty amazing that I get the privilege to get paid to mess with my boss all day," she says.
