No couple oozes Hollywood glamour like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. And while the world (and their six children) eagerly await their upcoming wedding, Life & Style's taking a look at the duo's decade-long love story.
From a scandalous on-set start to domestic bliss with six kids, Brad and Angie have been doing things their way for 10 years:
Brad, now 50, was married to America's sweetheart, Jennifer Aniston, when he and Angelina began filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith. But, as Angie puts it, "A few months in, I realized, 'God I can't wait to get to work!'" For years, the duo claimed nothing physical happened on set, but Brad later admitted, "I fell in love!"

In March, Jen filed for divorce. Just weeks later, pics surfaced of Brad, Angie and her adopted son, Maddox, then 3, frolicking on a Kenyan beach.
Angelina and Brad legally changed the last name of Maddox and newly adopted then-6-month-old daughter Zahara to Jolie-Pitt. Shares Angie, "[Maddox] out of the blue called [Brad] 'Dad.' That was the defining moment; he decided we would be a family."
The duo welcomed their first biological child, Shiloh, in Namibia. Though the Maleficent star, now 38, says she'd never wanted her own children before Brad, "I just looked at him and loved him and suddenly wanted to."
The Jolie-Pitts expanded their brood yet again, adopting then-3-year-old Pax from a Vietnamese orphanage.
Angie gave birth to biological babies Knox and Vivienne in France — but was giving all of the parenthood props to Brad. "It's such a beautiful and sexy quality in a man when he takes his responsibilities as a father seriously," says the actress.
Team Jen took offense when Brad said he "wasn't living an interesting life," and blamed it on their five-year marriage. With Angie, he said, he's "satisfied."
They'd vowed not to marry until same-sex couples were allowed to wed, but with mounting "pressure" from their kids, Brad gave Angelina a 10-carat diamond engagement ring worth a cool $250,000.

To reduce her risk of genetic cancer, Angie underwent a double mastectomy. "She's heroic and incredibly strong," gushed supportive Brad.
After a decade together, Angie and Brad are finalizing plans to tie the knot. But making it legal won't change how they feel, says Angie: "Our commitment when we decided to start a family was the greatest you could possible have!"
