We don’t know if this makes us happy or sad, tbh. Beloved Bachelorette alum and Bachelor In Paradise bartender Wells Adams admitted he turned down an offer to be on the cast of the upcoming spin-off, The Bachelor Winter Games (which is a bummer) but it’s all because he’s dating Sarah Hyland now (which is adorable).

“I said no, because it’s a dating show, and I like someone else,” Wells explained on ET’s Roses and Rosé. “So it’s good. [I’m] very happy.” However, he might still appear on the new show if he gets his way. “There’s nothing about, like, speed skating for roses [that] sounds appealing to me whatsoever, [but] I would love to be, like, on the sidelines… I would like to make hot cocoa for everybody.” We would love that too!

Now that we know who won’t be competing, let’s talk about who will. Producer Mike Fleiss previously revealed that the franchise’s latest , will feature “sexy international Bachelors and Bachelorettes from the dozens of countries that also produce #TheBachelor” — and one of them has already been announced!

“Meet Jordan, #thebachelor from New Zealand. He is just one of many international cast members competing in The Winter Games…” Mike wrote on Twitter.

After doing a little digging, we learned that Jordan — whose last name is Mauger — served as New Zealand’s second Bachelor, and his season aired last year. Unfortunately, things ended pretty badly between the producer, 32, and his winner, Fleur Verhoeven. Jordan dumped the 26-year-old just two days after their finale aired, and said in an interview that he decided who to pick with a coin toss.

It was previously revealed that Bachelorette Season 13 favorite Peter Kraus will also appear on the show, which will coincide with the Winter Olympics. So while the world’s best athletes compete in South Korea, ABC reality stars will be facing off for their own gold-plated roses at a winter resort. Ok, so we still don’t know what they’ll be winning, but we’ve heard a few hints as to who else might join the cast.

Recently, Ashley Iaconetti seemingly revealed that she will be returning to TV in an interview with fellow Bachelor alum Corinne Olympios. “Will you do the Winter Games with me, Corinne? Please,” Ashley asked the controversial contestant, who responded coyly, “We’ll see.”

If Corinne goes, it looks like DeMario Jackson will have to tag along! After they were involved in a Bachelor in Paradise sexual misconduct scandal over the summer, the pair reunited and sparked dating rumors at the 2017 Maxim Halloween party.

While we wait for ABC to finalize their roster, we’ve made a list of dream cast picks. Hint: you can expect a villain or two.

Chris Bukowski

In an exclusive interview with Life & Style, The Bachelorette, Bachelor Pad, and Bachelor in Paradise alum said he “absolutely would” return for The Bachelor Winter Games. “I’m all about that,” the businessman — who owns four Bracket Room restaurants — shared. “There has to be money. As long as I don’t have to stay in a house with no plumbing and pretend to like someone, I’m definitely open to it… Just like Michael Jordan can go play baseball, I can come back better.”

Josh Murray

Andi Dorfman’s ex recently said he was ready to date “outside of that TV world,” but didn’t say anything about competitive sports. Plus, he was a former MLB player.

Jasmine Goode

Jasmine definitely has the competitive spirit any team needs. And it doesn’t hurt that she was a professional cheerleader for the Golden State Warriors and Dallas Cowboys.

Has yet been to the beach this summer…..

We can definitely see Daniel rocking his Canada Speedos no matter how cold it gets. Having a personal trainer on your team also couldn’t hurt.

Shawn Booth

If any Bachelor Nation alum has the athletic ability needed to dominate the Winter Games, it’s Kaitlyn Bristowe’s fiancé. Considering he just finished an Iron Man (i.e. a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and 26.2-mile run) in 12 hrs 41 mins, we’re pretty sure he’s a safe bet to take home the gold.

Chad Johnson

No one likes showing off their muscles more than Bad Chad, who honestly worried about his protein intake more than impressing JoJo Fletcher on The Bachelorette. Plus, he needs some redemption following his embarrassing stint on BiP.

Michelle Money

The brunette beauty might have been deemed too “scheming” or too “aggressive” by fans during Brad Womack’s second season, but that’s not stopping us from recruiting her.

Dean Unglert

Fans have seemingly turned on Dean following his love triangle on BiP, but we think opinions will change when viewers see him on the slopes. Unfortunately, puppy not included.

Eric Bigger

Though he didn’t take home the final rose on Rachel Lindsay’s season of The Bachelorette, the Baltimore native did show off his moves on and off the basketball court.

Courtney Robertson

Every season needs the ultimate villain, and we can think of no one better than Ben Flajnik’s ex. Hopefully, there is a skinny-dipping competition.

Mike Stagliano

When he first appeared on Jillian Harris’ season of The Bachelorette, he was known as a break dance instructor. We bet the new dad still has some smooth moves eight years later.

Kenny King

With a name like Kenny “Pretty Boy Pitbull” King, there is no way he’s not joining our roster for the Winter Games.

Who could forget when Nick betrayed his partner Rachel Trueheart and walked away with $250,000 on the Season 3 finale of Bachelor Pad?! We haven’t, and that’s definitely the kind of competitor we need on our dream team.
