Sofia Richie Is “Smitten” With Scott Disick as They Continue to Fuel Dating Rumors
So, it looks like Scott Disick is really living up that single life. While ex Kourtney Kardashian is packing on the PDA with 23-year-old hunk Younes Bendjima, Scotty, 34, appears to be moving on with someone even younger! The father-of-three was spotted out shopping for jewelry with 19-year-old Sofia Richie.
On Wednesday, Sept. 13, the duo walked the streets of LA, got lunch, and went shopping together. And despite their 15-year age gap, the stars have been growing closer and closer over the past few months, and now sources have revealed that Sofia is “smitten” with Scott.
“It’s obvious that she looks up to Scott. She constantly giggles around him. They are very flirty,” an insider revealed to People. “Scott takes care of her, opens the car door and pays for everything.”
Sofia and Scott first sparked dating rumors back in May when they were spotted together at the Cannes Film Festival, but Sofia denied having a romantic relationship with Scott at the time. “Just so everyone can get their panties out of their asses, Scott and I are just homies #relax,” she wrote on Twitter. Between Scott hooking up with teen star Bella Thorne, his closeness with Sofia, and his over-the-top partying, the Kardashian fam has been displeased, to say the least. A few months ago, TMZ reported that Kourt and her famous sisters were totally mortified over Scott’s relationships with teenage girls.
But a source confirmed to Life & Style that Scott’s actions come as a result of jealousy over his baby mama’s current romance. “Scott will do anything to sabotage Kourtney’s relationship, including showing up wherever Kourtney and Younes are hanging out together,” an insider said. “He’s also been asking around, trying to get some dirt on Younes so he can bring it back to Kourt and persuade her to dump him.”
We can’t say we’re surprised by Scott’s erratic behavior, as he was recently hospitalized and allegedly placed under a psychiatric hold. We hope that for the sake of Scott and Kourt’s three kids — Mason, 7, Penelope, 5, and Reign, 2 — the parents can work something out.
