In Case You’re Wondering: Yes, Kelly Rowland Had a Boob Job
Former Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland showed off her killer cleavage at a concert in Perth, Australia on Oct. 14, and it got fans wondering how her chest is still so perky after having a son two years ago! For anyone wondering if Kelly has had a boob job: the answer is yes, and she might be getting another one soon.
“I can’t speak for everyone, but I know I’m going to see someone (wink, wink) after I have my second kid,” Kelly wrote in her book Whoa, Baby!: A Guide for New Moms Who Feel Overwhelmed and Freaked Out. The artist had her adorable baby boy Titan Jewell Witherspoon two years ago, and she admitted that it basically destroyed her boobies. “Even with the silicon action, it was like some of the air had been sucked out and they just sort of hung there like flapjacks. My boobs themselves were so long and stretchy that I sometimes felt like I could’ve swung them over my shoulders.” She also said that her nipples got “huge, the size of frisbees,” with bulging veins while nursing.
We don’t blame Kelly for wanting her girls to look perfect, especially given how long she waited for them! In 2013, she revealed to Shape magazine that Beyoncé’s mom Tina Knowles told her to “really think about it first. I took her advice and waited 10 years. Once I felt ready, I tried on padded bras and walked around in them to see how it would feel. You have to know what you’re getting, no matter what type of surgery it is.”
However, her amazing booty is 100% real! She said in the interview that her big butt is a “Rowland family trait,” and that she has to really work out hard to keep it “high and tight.” Kelly has an amazing body, and at 36 she looks just as great as she did when she was a teenager, so whatever you’re doing, keep it up girl!
