Ron recently celebrated his 30th birthday at Casa Encanto in Cabo, Mexico, the same luxe resort where Sammi Instagrammed her photo from. Hitting the big 3-0 is a pretty significant milestone, and the fact that both of them were in the same place at the same time could mean they're rekindling their love.

The pair was last seen together at fellow co-star JWoww's wedding — and it seemed that there was no bad blood between them.
