The man behind some of Rihanna and Gwyneth Paltrow’s most iconic looks is heading down the wedding aisle — well, his dresses will be!
Zac Posen has teamed up with David’s Bridal to create a line of high fashion but affordable wedding gowns in sizes 0 to 26.
“Women are the inspiration and we need to celebrate that,” Zac said on Good Morning America today, “and I really treat the process like couture process.”
And the gowns are nothing short of showstopping.
Among the fashion designer’s big reveals?
An $850 satin fit-and-flare, a tulle ball gown priced at $1,350, a corseted jaw-dropper for $1,250, and an embroidered strapless, Chantilly gown sitting pretty at $1,150.
The 33-year-old was very excited about the new gig, tweeting this morning:

The big news comes just hours before the Project Runway judge is set to show off his Fall 2014 collection at New York Fashion Week.
“The new #zacposen #f/w14 collection tonight!! mood boards in the studio. #zpfw #nyc #cfda,” he Instagrammed this afternoon.
