Adele has reportedly turned down a lucrative endorsement for L'Oreal that would have netted her nearly $20 million!
The "Someone Like You" singer was allegedly offered £12 million by the French beauty giant to be the face of their products in her native UK, but the 25-year-old Grammy winner said "no thanks" to appearing in the ads.

Not surprisingly, the low-key singer has not commented publicly about the story. Adele values her privacy and is famous for staying out of the spotlight. Despite winning an Oscar for her theme song for the Bond movie Skyfall, she skipped the fancy Hollywood premiere to be home with her newborn son. She has never even publicly confirmed the name of her son, although "rumor has it" that he's called Angelo.
Adele's rejection of the L'Oreal contract does work out nicely for one person--Cheryl Cole. The British singer, who was scheduled to be a judge on the American version of X Factor but was booted at the last minute and replaced with Nicole Scherzinger. According to the Telegraph, L'Oreal is tired of Cheryl's frequent hair change-ups and were unhappy when she got a tattoo on her butt!
