American Idol crooner Colton Dixon is a married man!

The finalist on the show's 11th season wed his longtime girlfriend Annie Coggeshall on Friday in Nashville.

The 24-year-old country singer shared an adorable photo of the happy couple on Instagram Saturday.

"Married my best friend last night," the singer wrote with the Instagram snap. "I love you @anniecog. What a great night with family and friends!"

He also announced the news on Twitter, poking fun at how emotional he got during the wedding.

"So… I most definitely did not ugly cry 4 1/2 times last night… Nope," he wrote. "#coltannwedding."

Aww. Colton got engaged to Coggeshall, 27, at Disney World last September in a dreamy, princess-style proposal — a theme the pair apparently took all the way down the aisle, if the fairy tale photos are any indication. The bride wore a strapless gown with a ruffled skirt.
