For some brides, it’s all about having the perfect dress, the perfect bouquet, or in this case ... the perfect wedding invitations.
Dallas bride-to-be, Natalie DeGraffenreid is super pissed at her invitation creator, Lauren Heymann of Art by Ellie for screwing up her wedding invites and leaving the mess in her hands.

After creating the invitation of her dreams, the bride placed her order along with a $500 deposit. The process started off seemingly smooth after she received half of her invitations exactly how she wanted them — and the other half? Not so much.
The staff informed the bride that they wouldn’t be able to complete the rest of the order with the specific doilies she had requested.
“When she emailed me a few days later and said she didn’t have the same pattern — that she was ordering a new one — she said it was ‘different.’ I didn’t know how different," the bride shared with 'WFFA.'

To make matters worse, Heymann wrote to her and said, “We are not under contract for a guaranteed specific delivery date, a specific envelope, or a specific doily pattern with your contract.”
Heymann is demanding the rest of her payment through her attorney or she is threatening legal action.
"I'm very sorry she [DeGraffenreid] is so upset about the doilies, and I have tried to think of every way possible to rectify the situation," Heymann said in a statement.
