Moving on to the Great White Way! Anna Baryshnikov starred on Season 1 of Superior Donuts, which aired between February and May 2017. But now that Season 2 of the CBS TV show has premiered, fans can’t help but wonder what the 25-year-old actress who played Maya is up to off the small screen.

Well, it turns out that Anna has momentarily traded in television for Broadway. The strawberry-blonde beauty, who also played Sandy in 2016’s Oscar-winning film Manchester by the Sea, is making her stage debut as Carol, the youngest daughter in the revival of Time and the Conways. Last month, Anna opened up to Broadway.com about her exciting new role.

According to the NYC native — whose father is world-renowned ballet dancer/actor Mikhail Baryshnikov (you’d recognize him as one of Carrie Bradshaw’s many love interests on Sex and the City) — performing on Broadway has been a dream of hers since she was a little girl.

“What’s so special about being in Time and the Conways right now is that I get to go to work every day in this way that makes the dream of being an actor feel like a reality in a working, real way,” she told the outlet, adding that she had a string of odd jobs before she finally got her break in showbiz. “I would have called myself New York’s premiere babysitter for a while…It’s part of your job as an actor to figure out how do you spend the rest of your day. How do you actually make a living before you get a job?”

Time and the Conways, which also stars Elizabeth McGovern, is currently playing at the American Airlines Theatre in NYC. For more information on how to get tickets, click here.
