There’s no denying that John Cena and Nikki Bella made a great couple — but are they married? The professional wrestlers started dating in 2012 and then John proposed to his diva in April 2017 after their mixed tag-team match at WrestleMania 33. The couple is currently planning their wedding but they are not married yet. They both are busy people so it’s no surprise that they’re waiting a little longer to tie the knot.

“My Prince Charming has made me his Queen in a place we call home. I’ll never, ever forget this moment!” she shared on Instagram shortly after getting engaged. And as for the proposal itself?Nikki admitted that it was a complete surprise. “‘[I thought] there’s no way that he’d propose in front of all those people, for 70,000, and then all the ones that, you know, were tuned in worldwide.’ So, I really didn’t expect it. I was so shocked.”

How sweet are they? We’re glad she is moving along in her planning and has a dress and a date. We love that these two have decided to make it official and be together forever. And even though they’re engaged, Nikki admitted that she doesn’t want to move too fast and just enjoy being engaged. Plus, she has John to help her with the planning.

“I just wanna make sure that it’s a good day,” John said about their upcoming nuptials. “We’ve made our lives very public and I think the world knows that it’s been a lot to just get to that proposal moment. I want [Nikki] to be as happy as she was at that moment.”

And those close to Nikki and John couldn’t be any happier for them! WWE’s Charlotte Flair exclusively told Life & Style, “I just know that this was a dream of hers to marry John and she’s getting her happy ending and I couldn’t be happier for her.”

And they’re considering sharing the moment with fans. “I’m definitely willing to film it for sure. I feel like I’ve taken people on this incredible journey on Total Divas and Total Bellas. They have seen me cry, get angry and be so many different ways about marriage,” Nikki shared with E! News. “I feel like for my fan base, my Bella Army, I should let them tune into my wedding.” Yes, please!
