Ashton Kutcher Has a Twin Brother Who Looks Nothing Like Him — See Pics!

Did you know that Ashton Kutcher has a twin brother?

Although most fans are focused these days on the family he’s created with Mila Kunis — they share two-year-old daughter Wyatt and two-month-old son Dimitri — the 38-year-old shared a womb with sibling Michael Kutcher, which is kind of a big deal.

And even though the duo looks nothing alike — to be fair, they are fraternal twins — they’re incredibly close. At birth, Ashton weighed close to 11 lbs, while Michael weighed just 4 lbs. He was eventually diagnosed with a mild form of cerebral palsy due to irreversible neurological deficiencies.

In a candid 2005 interview, the Two and a Half Men actor revealed that he hated seeing his brother struggle with speech, eyesight, and motor skills development, but complications due to the heart disease cardiomyopathy were the toughest to handle. “I didn’t want to come home and find more bad news [about Michael]… I kept myself so busy that I didn’t allow myself to feel,” Ashton admitted of their childhood days.

When it became apparent that Michael wouldn’t survive without a heart transplant, the That ‘70s Show star confessed he thought about committing suicide to save his brother. “I’m standing on the balcony, thinking about jumping off, and my dad comes out and says, ‘What are you thinking about?,’” Ashton recalled. “I tell him. He comes over and says, ‘You can’t do that.’ And right then the doctors come rushing out saying, ‘We have to prepare the OR. A woman died in Florida in a car accident and there’s a heart on the way.'”
